How do I send money?

1. Visit your local TGS branch and complete a ´To Send Money´ form.
2. Pay TGS cash to cover the transfer amount plus the applicable fees. Your transaction will be processed immediately.

How do I receive money?

1. To pick up the money you will need to complete a ´To Receive Money´ form and provide identification in the form of a valid driving licence or passport.
2. TGS will then pay you the transfer amount.

What do I need to bring in order to send money?

Sending money with the Western Union Money Transfer does not require credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts or memberships. Customers receiving money only need a valid form of identification and/or, in some cases, depending on the amount of the transfer, senders may need to supply identification or other information to meet government requirements.

How much money can I send?

You can send as much money as you'd like, although certain security compliance requirements must be met depending on amount sent.
